REBOUNDER EXERCISES to LOSE WEIGHT & GET HEALTHY! NEEDAK is BEST TRAMPOL...

This guy cracks me up~~He calls himself Dan The Man and he's a health fanatic. I've recently started rebounding (jumping on a mini trampoline) to get in shape! My birthday is in 3 months and I've got a goal to get healthy before I turn another year older! Because I have bad knees from years of running on concrete streets, I can't turn to my favorite form of exercise (running) anymore to stay fit. I hear rebounding is SUPER healthy as it's easy on the joints and helps with lymphatic circulation. I'll let you all know how it's going. I'd love to hear what you do to stay in shape!!
